How to Arrange Responsible Storage of Goods in a Warehouse

The responsible storage process is organized as clearly and transparently as possible. All stages are accompanied by proper documentation, and the client has full access to information about their goods at every step.
  1. Request. You submit an inquiry via our contact phone or email, providing a description of the goods, volume, storage specifics, and preferred cooperation terms.
  2. Contract signing. The storage conditions, responsibilities of the parties, terms, and service costs are agreed upon. The contract is signed, and the workflow procedure is approved.
  3. Cargo acceptance at the warehouse. The goods are delivered to the warehouse, where they are registered, inspected for compliance, and labeled.
  4. Placement in the warehouse. The cargo is placed according to the principles of address storage, taking into account its type, volume, and storage requirements.
  5. Storage and accounting. The necessary temperature, humidity, and other environmental conditions are maintained.
  6. Release or shipment of goods. Upon the client’s request, the batch is prepared, assembled, and handed over to the forwarder or customer.
