User Agreement of the Website

1. General Provisions

This User Agreement (hereinafter – the “Agreement”) is a public offer of
Limited Liability Company “OMA-UKRAINE” (hereinafter – the “Company”), which defines the rules for using the
website oma.ua (hereinafter – the “Website”).

By using the Website, you (hereinafter – the “User”) confirm that you have read the terms of this Agreement and
agree to comply with them.

2. Purpose of the Website

2.1. The Website is created exclusively for informational and communication purposes:

• to provide information about the Company, its logistics services, foreign economic activity, and customs warehouses;
• to allow Users to contact the Company (via forms, emails, phone calls, etc.).

2.2. The Website is not an e-commerce platform. Any service agreements are concluded separately,
in writing or in any other form provided by law.

3. User Rights and Obligations

3.1. The User has the right to:

• view the materials on the Website and use them exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes;
• contact the Company via the communication methods provided on the Website;
• withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

3.2. The User undertakes to:

• provide accurate information when contacting the Company;
• refrain from actions that may disrupt the functioning of the Website or cause harm to the Company;
• not distribute false information or materials that violate the rights of third parties or contradict Ukrainian law.

4. Company Rights and Obligations

4.1. The Company has the right to:

• modify the functionality of the Website without prior notice;
• restrict the User’s access to the Website in cases of violation of this Agreement or applicable law;
• process the User’s personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

4.2. The Company undertakes to:

• ensure the technical operation of the Website within available capabilities;
• protect Users’ personal data in accordance with Ukrainian law and the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights to the materials posted on the Website (texts, graphics, logos, photos, design, database)
belong to the Company or are used on a legal basis.

Copying, distributing, or using the materials of the Website without the Company’s written permission is prohibited,
except in cases expressly permitted by law.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

6.1. The Company makes every effort to ensure the relevance and accuracy of the information presented on the Website,
but does not guarantee its absolute completeness or accuracy.

6.2. The Company is not liable for any damages arising from:

• the use or inability to use the Website;
• actions or omissions of third parties;
• technical failures of the Website or the Internet network.

6.3. The Website may contain links to third-party resources provided solely for User convenience.
The Company is not responsible for the content or activities of such resources.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine.

7.2. All disputes or disagreements between the User and the Company shall be resolved through negotiations,
and if no agreement is reached – in accordance with applicable Ukrainian legislation.

7.3. The Company may amend this Agreement without prior notice.
