Cargo Customs Clearance
Cargo customs clearance is a step-by-step process consisting of several key stages. Each stage is important for the final result and the speed of customs processing.- Initial consultation and product analysis. Our specialists study the specifics of your cargo, analyze the documents, type of goods, country of origin, and determine the customs regime. This allows us to identify potential difficulties in advance and build the right strategy for customs clearance.
- Preparation of the document package. A complete set of documents is prepared: commercial invoices, packing lists, contracts, certificates of conformity, sanitary conclusions, quarantine permits, and others. We take full responsibility for the accuracy, relevance, and completeness of every document.
- Calculation of customs payments. A preliminary calculation of all required customs payments is carried out: duty, VAT, and excise (if applicable). We take into account all rates, benefits, and HS code (UKT ZED) features and inform the client of the final amounts.
- Submission of the electronic declaration. An electronic declaration is submitted through the single window system with all fields completed. We use professional software to minimize the risk of technical errors and delays at all stages of declaration registration.
- Obtaining permits, certificates, and approvals. If necessary, we handle communication with certification, sanitary, and other regulatory authorities to obtain all required permits and approvals. You don’t waste time dealing with multiple institutions — we take care of everything.
- Completion of customs clearance and release of goods. After customs control is completed, you receive permission for export or import of goods. We provide the full package of processed documents, including the electronic customs declaration (MD), and support the client until the physical receipt of the cargo.
